“As a family and Immigration attorney, I assist my clients through numerous legal challenges that face Floridian families. My dedicated team and I work alongside our clients to reach the best resolution, assisting them and their families to overcome a difficult chapter of their life.”

About Me:
With knowledge spanning across immigration, family, and real estate law, my ultimate goal remains to advocate for people rights.

I was born and raised in Uruguay. I immigrated to the United States when I was 16 years old, with nothing but dreams. After graduating from high school in New Jersey, I moved to Miami, Florida, where I worked in the banking industry for over six (6) years.

While working full time as business banker, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida International University (FIU) with a Minor in Psychology. After graduating from FIU, I studied for the LSAT and was admitted to St Thomas University School of Law.

During law school, I served the community through various legal non-profit organizations and civic programs. My activities have included Honors Students Internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Homeland Security, and clerk positions at private law firms.

While interning for the Department of Homeland Security, (ICE), I was based at Krome Detention Center with the Trial Attorneys Division where I expanded my knowledge in immigration law and where my passion to help immigrants consolidated. In addition, I directly assisted the Trial attorneys in preparing for Master and Final hearings, drafted appeals, memorandums of law in response to petitions for relief, and considerations for prosecutorial decisions.

After graduating from Law School and passing the Florida Bar exam, I was honored to be one of the three attorneys accepted in the St. Thomas Law LEAD Program led by David M. Gersten, former Chief Judge of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal. During this experience I received extensive mentorship and guidance from experienced practitioners.

In 2016, I opened my own law practice specializing in Family and Immigration law because I am passionate about helping others through challenging times. I enjoy accepting complex cases that require detail, passion, and knowledge.
